What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? missouri. I'm on felony probation and was just assigned to a new probation officer who tried to take my kids from me a few years ago when she was a caseworker for Family Services. She even went to my daughters school and tried to scare her into saying we had drugs in the house. My wife got arrested for threating to beat her up and we finally got a new case worker and everything checked out fine and our case was closed but now this woman is my po and has a warrent for me and is asking for my probation to be revoked. Isn't this a conflict of interst? My attorney is running for prosecuting attorney and he says i need to just go turn myself in and wait til my court date which is a month away. What do i do?

**A: you were already told what to do. If you need another opinion, here it is: move to Mexico.
