She was told - VERY early on. Do we REALLY have to keep harping on at her?

For crying out loud people.

She GETS it. She spoke incorrectly. LET IT GO. This crap is NOT helping her.

But then she continued to say the same thing later, so I don't think she DID get it.

When someone continues to tell the same lies even after they're corrected and then yells at the people who are trying to straighten them out, I think they DO need to be told again that the lies are not going to help her.

In my opinion she simply did not understand what people meant by "lying" in this context...that is why I suggested giving her an example of how to word it.

We cannot expect people who are naive to legalities to understand nuances in wording. For heaven's sake she obviously did not intend to lie about anything because she immediately explained what visitation dad DID exercise. Therefore it was clearly not an intentional lie but clearly a lack of understanding of the legalities.

For you to continue to harp on it as a lie, without explaining where she was going wrong was not helpful.
