We got a letter in the mail from our lawyer yesterday. IM not sure what all of it means. I kow uor case was dismissed thats not what i need help on. Here is what the letter says

ORDER OF DISMISSAL
By the Court this cause is ORDERED DISSMIS for WANT OF PROSECUTION. Cost of court are assed agaisnt the partry incurring same.

My queston is this what the heck does that mean about the cost??????

ok so since she is the one who took us to court she is the one responsible for the cost?????? We havent gotten a copy of ournew orders yet. apparently they were just updated to the new standard for texas.
