This is from a contract I have for a re-issue of a feature I wrote and directed thru my own company in 1980. The distrib has given me a good deal but I'm still not sure what this paragraph means exactly. It doesn't actually say he's paying me anything, just telling me how much he's spent and made?

Licensee shall render to Licensor, within 60 days after the end of each
bi-yearly period for the first calendar year in which Gross Receipts are
received by licensee, a written statement of all income and detailed
expenses of the Picture of Licensor share of the Net Revenue. .

It means the entity you are licensing your work to is going to deduct any expenses they incur generating the income from any income they receive before giving you your share of the proceeds.

It appears to me that someone simply omitted a possessive apostrophe. Like in "Lessors(’) share".
