What else can I do against the CA

A CA reported to my Equifax credit file as an unpaid debt a disputed alledged debt after reciving my return recipt letter req. validation and disputing.

I have sent a formal complaint to the Dept of Fin Serv of Fla which regulates the CAs for violating the statue and not disclosing that the alledged debt is being disputed.

I also retain a credit atty. and called & disputed the debt to Equifax.

Can anyone give me any ideas of where else (eg. BBB, etc..) can I complain that will have any effect on the CA.
