I WANTED TO START MANUFACTURING TISSUES? WOULD I NEED A LICENSE TO DO SO? WOULD I HAVE TO PAY ROYALTIES TO THE ORIGINAL TISSUE INVENTOR/MANUFACTURER? CAN I JUST HAVE THEM MANUFACTURED AND PACKAGED AND MARKET THEM? WOULD THE ONLY THING I WOULD NEED IS A COPYRIGHT OR TRADEMARK FOR MY LOGO? THANKS.
