For Nevada....

My husband was married for 5 years to his ex and has given her $30,000 over the past year out of the goodness of his own heart and she refuses to work. He signed an agreement during the divorce to pay her an ungodly amount.

(She coerced him and threatened him with a huge legal battle and he didn't have a spine) Now he is trying to modify the "payment" and call it alimony based on his reduced income because of a lesser job.

I'm scared to go to court and I'm wondering what will it be like? So far the attorneys write real nasty letters to each other. Will they call witnesses?
