what is an "unsafe turn"

I live in Wayne NJ but was visiting syracuse NY and I spun my tires around a turn. The cop put me in handcuffs and threw me in the back of his truck. He told me I was going to jail, I told him a rather sappy story which happened to be true. He said he would give me a break. He gave me a two point ticket for "Z32 V 4124 unsafe turn marked course." Since I was on probation this means I will lose my liscence. But the y offered me a hearing. Since I need my car to survive (I am a poor college student that needs a job) I plan to attend the hearing. I just need to know exactly what violation I was charged for. Since the cop told me he was cutting me a break, this gave me the impression that spinning my tires around a turn is not what I was charged for. So My ultimate question to you is: What is an unsafe turn marked course?.....The answer would be greatly appreciated...thank you.

Go to this site and look for the county code applicable to where you received the ticket. Then type in the code violation (the number you typed) and go from there.

You can also contact the courthouse and ask them to fax you a copy of that code.
