To whom it may concern,
Hello, i am overseas stationed in uk PCSing to Georgia on June 2016. My wife is living in the Philippines. We got married through proxy marriage with the state of Montana. Contrary to popular believe, the USCIS does recognize proxy marriages. The USCIS does not recognize proxy marriages until they have been consummated. And we did accomplish the "consummated requirement because she came to the UK with a tourist visa, visited me and filed the proxy marriage from there. Afterwards, I successfully file her through D.E.E.R.S.. I really want her to come live with me in Georgia to where i am going to be based at. So what is my best route? Should i just go straight on with the i130?
Thank you
