Hello, I am trying to start a small business (one man shop right now) operating from home. I would like to incorporate my firm, rather than receive payments in my own name for the sake of protecting myself and my assets from liability.
I did some search on internet, but wasn't be able to find good advice on what kind of incorporation I should choose. I am a computer consultant with clients from outside states. I heard there is S type, C Type or LLC and other type of corporations. Can someone please help?
