What legally constitutes "red"? Does pink count? What about mauve? Puce? Vermilion? Fuchia?

And, whilst I agree with everyone above, to the OP... you never actually posted a legal question - more of a business question with no legal position.

Come back with an actual question that has legal issues and you will see how helpful the users here can be.
