Hi,
Can anyone tell me what happens during the Mandatory Settlement Conference? Are both "sides" in the same room?

I do not know your state laws so I can only suggest to you that you ask your attorney or call the labor board in your area they can give you any information you need about your state w/c laws and should be able to help you with any questions you may have concerns about.
