What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

I am selling my aunt's home as part of an estate settlement. It is a cash deal, so no bank loans are involved. I have repeatedly sent emails to the estate attorney asking what I have to bring to the closing which have thus far remained unanswered. Do I have to being old deeds, utility bills, etc?

Its unlikely that you have to bring anything at all.

Since the property is owned by someone other than you, bring copies of the documents that give you the right to sell it. As this is part of an estate settlement, I'm guessing that you are the executor so bring your Letters Testamentary (or whatever your state calls what the court issues identifying the executor). Even if you provided those documents previously, bring a copy with you just in case the question is raised at the signing.
