I am viaks from india...and waant to get some spousal support(alimony)from Ca based wife I am indian and married to her since 2 years and suddenly she want to give me divorce and I am not happy with it...
I want to contest her actino and I want support but I am in india how can i do this????

hwo can i hire a lawyer from india will INS give me non immigrant visa??/
