We are in Washington State and trying to divorce amicably without court involvement. Looking to offer her a fair amount. Here's our situation:

Married for 11 years, 2 kids both under 12. I work and bring home approximately $5200/month, she has been a stay at home mom since March 2015. She has almost 20 years of work experience before she became a stay at home mom, and can easily find a job and she is looking now. She most likely will end up with a job that will bring home approximately $2500/month. I know that I will be making around $1200/month in child support to her per WA calculator.

She has a 401k with around $30k. I have a 401k with about 15k (I used a lot of mine to buy our first house). We have about $60k in home equity and will be selling and splitting this equally We have about $10k in savings which we will split equally as well.

What would be a fair alimony payment and for how long? Maybe nothing since after child support our monthly income would only be separated by $300 and she will have plenty of savings/401k/home equity to use? What if she doesn't find a job?
I honestly have no idea, and we don't want to go to court and have a judge decide.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
