What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

what happens if the state licensing puts sanctions or revokes the license of a notary. the notary did not witness a will that was signed. the will was forged. but the notary put their stamp on it and it was investigated that the person never showed up in front of the notary to sign the will. does that make the will now knull and void? even though the person passed away 2 yrs ago and the estate still has not been closed yet.

Have you discussed this with your attorney? The evidence you have about the notary and other evidence means there is probably something else wrong with the will.
