i have residential custody of my 6 and 1/2 daughter
when i got custody she was ordered to pay 75.00 per wk
she never made a payment so probation took her to court after that she didnt show up for 2 months 2 days befor thaksgiving i was taking my daughter to school at the door were 2 police oficers and my ex she handed me a summuns saying i wasnt releasing our daughter which was a lie she is a stripper and when she wasnt showing up i assumed she was working to pay off her back child support time to time she would call and ask our daughter if she wanted to see her my daughter said no she didnt have a good repore with her mother becouse her mother beat her when she was 4 and possibly touched her sexualy. she was in supervised visitation for 11 months becouse of the evaluations they found her extremly emoitionaly phsycaly damaged women from an early age.
she's not allowed overnights just 2 times a day for dinner and every other wekend for 8 hrs on sat and on sunday
when she served me this letter she went to the just on an emergencie state he allowed her the holiday but overnight
in fear for our daughter i ran to the court. i got nowhere the juges wabted to go home to enjoy thanksgiving ....... so i was forced to release her that morning she showed up with the police to pick her up they came in the house observed the situation and told me to bring her back in they called the emergency judge on duty and it was overturned.
when i showed up to court the judge was very mad i couldnt get legal aid becouse i make to much and i spent 60,000.00 on my lawyer and have a new baby so i went in by myself i got the report threw the mars system just incase the judge didnt have it i went pro bono he screamed at me told me he ordered our daughter to seek therapy and rewarded her with 6 days fir christmas and i had to pay her legal bill
when i got the order in the mail it turned into 1 night and he cut the bill in half but if you read my divorce decree it never stated that our daughter seek help"he never read his own paper.
the first visit was bad terror screaqming pulling hair not to go but i had to send her becouse the judge put his foot down and even stopped the police from doing anything to wich they where in disbelief they came to my house trying to give me advise becouse it didnt make sence to them.
the visits are back on track shes always late and in divorce court she brought a police officer in court saying there getting married and that was her address.
i cant get in touch with her ever her phone is shut off i called her fiance he told me that there not together and she only uses his house for a mailing adress she says she sleeps at her sisters house somtimes and somtimes gets a hotel room but she lives with him. she insist on not giving me a contact number or her real adress the other day she was an hour in a half late i had noway of contacting her so i called the police they said she says she lives ith her ex wich she doent
what i want to know is what can i do about the judge and i need an adress and a contact # how do i get that
also in 99 she tried to kill me and plead giulty to terr threats and got put on pti she has curbside pick up i have a final restraining order when i do see her she calling me dick head all rude remarks just fior asking for an adress
