What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? (Mississippi)

My wife recently had surgury and the bill will be paid thru Insurances, one of the insurance companys wont pay the bill to the hospital but they will pay the doctors because they are in that insurers network. so we had to go thru an out of network plan with another insurance company to pay the hospital, the other insurance company is going to pay me the money in my name so i can pay the hospital with one payment, however I dont feel like giving it all to them at once but would like to make payments. can i get in trouble for doing this becuase the insurance company gave their payment to me to pay for only (1) payment,
kinda like i'll give you this check and you sign it off to them and the bills paid, but since i could use that money now and pay you off over time type deal. whats the worst could happen ???

Personally, I think this is a dumb idea. It may even be considered insurance fraud for all I know. Pay the bill for which this money is intended.
