What is the name of your state? Minnesota

Hello,

I have a credit card debt that a group of attorneys are trying to collect on.

The last payment made on this card was February of 1999.

The attorneys filed on February 28 of this year.

I guess I was wondering when the statute of limitations (6 years in MN) ended? Would it be the last day of Februrary? Or exactly six years from when the last payment was made?

I fear that it may be the end of February and I won't be able to beat this lawsuit. :(

Anyone know?

I am sure someone else will jump in, if I have misunderstood how it works, but I believe it actually takes 30days from the last payment before the account goes into default and the SOL starts counting down.
