What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MD

When the buyer wants to record an affidavit (standard sales contract to buy a piece of real estate), where would she have to go to? And how much would it cost? Thanks!

You just need to take it down to your local clerk at the courthouse and fill out the paperwork and pay the fee.
