What is the name of your state? Colorado

I filed for ch 7 on June 29 and had my 341 hearing on Aug 5. I have been renting since I moved out of my parents house 12 years ago. I would like to buy a house for my daughter and I, but need advice on how long to wait.

I would especially like to know how long it will take (approx) before I will be able to get the same interest rate as someone else w/ the same credit score but no bk history.

Thanks!

2 years of clean credit post bk will qualify your for FHA financing at good rates. FHA is not score driven. At the 4 4 year mark, you'll qualify for more conforming loan programs.
Check out the mortgage forum at www.creditboards.com for some help.
