What is the name of your state? Vermont

I had wrote a post a few days ago asking for anyone that could be of help to assist me in addressing that what my ex looks as being controling is me looking to be a caring parent.

I have heard no responses and really need help with this. As mentioned in my other post, I do not tell my ex where he can go, who he can talk to, what to feed our child or anything like that. The only thing I do bring to his attention is doctor's directions, which recently when I pointed this out to him and included the doctor's direct order(in writing) his words were this is just another way to control me. Personally I feel he hasn't let go of the past, and loves to play that poor me. I often find it difficult when people (friends of both of us) approach me and say "Bob" says you are controling, I don't know how to resond to it in a polite way. Or when Bob says it to me I am concerned on what to say to him**************so PLEASE ONCE AGAIN I AM ASKING IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME WITH WORDING IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
He has our child this weekend and if this should come up I feel it's time to politely say something to him, i'm hoping that once address he'll move on and let it be.
If you need the whole version, please refer to my post "Can someone please describe control to me"

Thank you

You cannot determine or be responsible for his reactions to what you tell him. If you are simply relaying doctor's instructions there is nothing more you can do. If your child needs medication, simply tell your ex: Child needs medication which is in his bag along with the doctor's instructions. Please let me know when I pick him up when he last received it so I do not give him his next dose too early.
And leave it at that.

you just have to ignore him, dont feed into his BS. theres nothing you can say or do that will change his mind. if you have any insutructions i would write them down and not say anything to him at all.
