What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ky

I dont know if anyone remembers helping me on a question I had a couple weeks ago.

But me and my son and his mother are set up to take the DNA test Thursday, which will take about 2 weeks for the results to get back. The CA said they only handled support and establishing paternity.

When the DNA test comes back and shows that I am his father. Will I have joint custody with the mother immediately?

After my paternity is established. I know they set up support which is fine. but do they set up any kind of visitation, like the standard every other weekend? If I wanted more than every other weekend, how would I go about doing that?

I am planning on getting a lawyer. Me and my ex were suppose to work things out with him but when she got the papers she decided to get a lawyer. Thank you for any advice.

Nope. You'll have the right to file for visitation/custody once paternity is established.
