I live in California, Have Kaiser for HMO. I got a whiplash 4 years ago and my doctors did not do any thing. every time I visit a Dr, he'd tell me I don't know what wrong with you. and refuse to do any thing else. I filed a grievance with the HMO ( denied) I filed a complaint with the Department of managed care. They sited with the HMO. I called over seven lawyers and none wants my case. All I care about is my treatment. Any Ideas.
