What is the name of your state? Toronto, Ontario, Canada

If there are three people who are members of a corporation and all three are liable for your claim (whether it be owing you money or they fraudulently misrepresented the contract to you), but you can only find out where one of the three lives, do you only state that one person as the Defendant, or do you have to state all three. If the others are stated as well, you need to serve them with the claim, which cannot be done.

It's actually a question a paralegal at the firm I'm doing my co-op at asked me to ask my tort and contract professor, but I thought I'd ask online first. All the forums I can find are U.S., so I think I'll ask the professor after all.

Thanks for the responses though.
