What is the name of your state? Tx

My mom would be applying for B2 visitor visa soon. She had applied twice in 2003 but was rejected. At that point she had shown that I would be sponsering her trip. I was wondering if it makes a difference if she shows that she would be sponsering her trip herself. Would it be a proof that she has financial reponsibilites in her home country which discourage her from staying back in USA. Have you heard anybody getting visitor visa this way.

I would like to add that, I am currently on an H1 visa and I have an unmarried younger brother who is working and staying with my mom. I just wish that she gets the visa this time. We would like to do whatever it takes to improve her chances of getting a visa this time around. Really appriciate all your reponses.

There is really nothing you can do to improve her chances of getting a visitor's visa. Depending on what country she is from and how well she can demonstrate her strong ties to the home country will determine whether or not she is granted a visa.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if I may be of further assistance to you in this matter.
