What is the name of your state? CA

If I go to mediation with the intent to get my kids 50/50 - and the exwife is determined to keep that from happening and we end up going to court - can I have her made to pay my attorney's fees since I wanted to settle this out of court and her intention is to drag it out until she gets what she wants?

Thanks

My response:

No.

She has her agenda, and you have yours. She has her opinion, and you have yours. She has her beliefs, and you have yours.

That's why there's mediation - - to see if there are any common grounds that can be done away with prior to trial. If no common grounds can be found, then that's why we have judges.
