What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? florida

The lender got a judgments to sell the condominium. the day of sale in foreclosure lender bid and won the auction for the property. 5 days later the same property was auctioned this time by the association and I bid and won the auction for the same condominium. Who is the legal owner of that property? any due, liens or assessments Who's legally liable for?

**A: the legal owner is as the court order dictates. How can there be 2 auctions of the same property? At the mortgage lender auction the HOA should have bid then, not later.

Thanks homegure, but I'm no clear yet in your answer.
the auction from lender was for mortgage due. five days later the other auction was for maintenance due from the condominium association, in which they got a final judgment of foreclosure too, like the mortgage lender got, in separate case. So, it was 2 different final judgment to foreclosure executed.
Who have to decide the ownership?

I can say with pretty good certainty that the lender's foreclosure would supercede the HOA's foreclosure (I'm assuming for unpaid association dues and/or fines). Even if the HOA's auction preceded the lender's, the mortgage lien takes precedence over any other lien just as a 1st mortgage lien would over a 2nd mortgage lien. As far as fees owes, I assume the lender WOULD however be responsible for any fees owed to the HOA and have to be given an opportunity to pay those fees. Any money you've put forth, should be refunded to you.
