My family and I were in a life threating situation because of a tire exploding on my truck while returning from a trip. I had taken the tire and requested it to be changed by the tire shop four days before with the free replacement warranty and was told the tire was fine but the wheel was slightly dented. This same tire which my husband insisted be removed from the front of the truck and placed on the back putting a new one in the front of the truck which I paid for, EXPLODED and could have killed my entire family if my husband had not been able, to with lots of difficulty, control the truck having to cross two lanes on a busy highway to get us out of harms way. Is it possible for us to get our truck repaired, add new tires with new wheels and file a law suit for liability to keep this from happening to another family who has their family's state of health at heart?
