I am recently divorced and my ex was awarded our van in the settlement. The problem is that the vehicle is financed in my name only. Am I required to keep up the insurance on the vehicle or is that now my ex's responsibility? If she should fail to insure the vehicle and has an accident, who would be held liable? Thank you.
