Once it's closed, it's closed. If you didn't do it, the admin likely did. Which means the question was answered and/or it got argumentative and counter-productive.

We don't need it reopened. The thread degenerated into a "bitch session," and you told us enough about the situation. There's nothing more that can be done, and Mom isn't going to change. So, what's the use?
