What is the name of your state? new jersey My husbands ex wife got in trouble and written tickets for.... DWI, Reckless Driving, Leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident. There was damage to the car she hit. I know she should lose her license for a decent amount of time plus pay some hefty fines. I know she had court on Feb 17th and she has a lawyer who was representing her on that day.(she put in her plea in january) My ? is this how come I've seen her driving ? My husband and i seen her at about 5:30pm on the 17th, (she had court at 1pm) and again yesterday at about 3:30 pm. Could she have gotten a conditional license so she can pick up her daughter from school, go to work ect..?Is there any way for me to find out what happened in court to her on the 17th?? Thank you in advance!!
