I live in Wisconsin and I am confused on the way the point system works now. I received a speeding ticket last year in October and I had four points taken off (or added on however that works), when do I get those points back (or off)....a year after the ticket was issued...so this October, or a year after I paid the ticket in December? Also, do they all go away or only part of them?
