Hi, I'm in Texas I was born in USA and got married 10 years ago I applied for my wife's visa in 2007 but we never finished the process because she had to leave the country if we did, we split after 4 years of marriage, now we ate back together, I Wan to know what chances does she have to become legal. We never divorce, we have no children, she entered the country ilegally 16 years ago. Thanks.
