My wife and I moved to New York about two months ago from Florida to work out some problems with our marriage of four years. After returning from a brief trip back to Florida to visit family, my wife informed me she no longer wishes to be married and wants to move back to Florida with my five year old daughter and my two year old son. Her family live in Florida, my family live in New York. My wife and I both currently reside and work in New York. My question is can my wife move back to Florida with our children against my wishes while we are still married or even if we end up divorced?
