What is the name of your state?missouri
My husband and his brother and sisters are due to receive the inheritance/trust from their father. It has been in probate for a long time now. My question is, his brother owes alot of child support for his children, if child support learns of this will it hold up the estate and will they take out his child support and then divide whats left? Or will they just take his part? Or do the two even go hand in hand? Also they are saying they cannot finish the mony part until the ancillory property in Kansas is completed? What does that mean? Thank you for your help.

If brother owes child support CSE is entitled to take it from the estate, keeping it in probate or terminating his parental rights doesn't make the obligation go away.
