What is the name of your state?TX
My husband filed bankruptcy alone. I know that spouses are listed on credit reports under the general information section (previous addresses, other names used, spouse....) Will any mention of his bankruptcy show up on my credit report?

It IS possible, yes, but you may be able to dispute it off if it does. The problem is that you live in a community property state, so you are equally liable for the debts even if your name was NOT on the accounts if the debts were incurred during your marriage.
