Arizona; am filing for divorce after 2 1/2 years of marriage from wife. she has 2 children from previous relationship; father not paying anything toward child support as he is in prison. since marriage debts and poor spending habits have resulted in filing bankruptcy. will lose home, car, etc. i still have my job and have provided 98% of the income during the course of the marriage. wife capable of work, but not working now. question: will my soon to be ex be able to collect spousal support, and if so, how much for how long - is it a % of my income?

Not sure about AZ law but most states require a long term marrage for support. 7-1 years mostly. Look into the domestic relations laws regarding this issue for your state.
