I was given a citation for speeding. The officer failed to post the original speed limit on the citation and didnt oost what speed I wad going to violate the law on the given citation.

Speeding! At the bottom it states" Passing a emergency vehicle. That's all!. In the space that's given to acknowledge the speed limit is blank. And, the space thatd tells my speed is blank.

Did you move out of the lane closest to the emergency vehicle before passing it?

Or

Did you slow down to 20 mph BELOW the posted speed limit before passing it?

If neither, google Texas' Move Over Act.
