I am in a two year contract with my wireless provider. They are changing networks and are requiring me to either change my plan, an increase of $30 a month, or allow me to cancel without penalty. My provider has a mandatory arbitration clause. Is my provider not liable to honor the original contract?

P.S. I would switch but there's nothing comparable price wise out there. I have 3 phones, two of which are in contract.
