I am getting all the court papers filled out tonight, and we are going to file them as soon as we get the criminal records report, that we order today on bio mom. I hope that everything will go smoothly I am so nervous, so please wish me and my hubby luck, we need all the support we can get...

I don't envy you at all having to go to court over bio mom. I am somewhat upset thinking about having to go to court. I have a feeling that we may end up there, too. That is why my husband and I(step-mom) are keeping a journal on bio. I have a feeling it'll come in handy someday.

Thankyou all so much...

We are filing the ex parte R.O. and if the judge grants it(restraining bio mom from taking child) then we will also be filing for full custody...My hubby has to work over time tomorrow so I will be staying up late tonight to fill it out. But befire I do, I think I will go into chat tonight, after my hubby is in bed, thats at about 9pm my time, hope to see ya all there. Thanks again Oh did you all read the post about the person saying that me ryry's mom and aj haskek are mean!!! I was just affened by the fathers not being in the childs life...

I gotta be quick, my hubby here, and always complains that I'm on here too much, we didnt file yet, we are waiting for the criminal check to come back to us, on the bio mom, but it should be soon, I'm so nervous... I'll post tomorrow when my hubby is at work... P.S. I'll go to the message boards to read your post, thankyou LW, for being there for me. Hugs to you too...

Well we are still waiting for the criminal check to come back to us. Everyday I wait, I get more nervous, and start to wonder if we should do this, I know we should for the best interset of my ss, but if the judge wont go for what we want, the n we will have started ww3 with the bio mom, right now we have joint physical custody, my hubby still wants to do this, so I told him, I'm behind him 100%. I'm really hoping that the criminal check will be back here soon, they said it could take up to 10 days Anyways I will keep you all posted, thankyou to eveyone...talk to ya soon
