What is the name of your state? AL
Lately I've been a "silent" visitor here, but I just have to let you all in on my hubby's good news. I posted a while back about how his ex left their son with grandma and moved out of state, then my hubby had to pay child support to grandma. Well....he has a court date here in november (child lives out of state too) for child custody and support. We really didn't think this could happen since this state doesn't have juristiction over the case. I don't know how he did it, but the judge was appalled to see the evidence my husband had against her. :p

How'd y'all do it? In pro-Per? Did he get custody? More visitation?

Apparently the judge realized something fishy is going on with cp. He told my hubby to make sure he gathers as much info on her and grandma as he can get. We'll go to court in November. We can't wait. She's not even a resident of the same state that their son has been living in (that's where the original order is coming from). Grandma thinks she is all-mighty and should have custody of the son.....boy does she have another thing coming!
