I had a case with a car business in new york an they didn't win cause they had no case.I brought a truck an soon after i got back into Philadelphia where i live the transmission went.Speeding things up we been to small claims court 3 times an the last time they ain't show up cause they need a lawer to present there case.I got a paper in the mail but it really isnt that informal in how to get it really.I wanted to know if there was something else on my part i had to do in order to collect it.
