What is the name of your state? NY

I won a small claims judgement against a former client of mine. Turns out this woman has a ton of judgements against her from the IRS, Department of Labor, etc. She doesn't own her own home.

If I get her bank account info, can I attach my judgement to that in hopes of getting paid? What other steps can I take to get the money that's due me. She won't respond to any emails, calls, letters and didn't even bother to show up in court. The balance owed is in excess of $3000.

I know in NYC, I can have the sheriff involved but you have to pay them to collect from her. Before I go that route, what can I do myself?
