What is the name of your state?CA

I posted before on this site wondering how long a typical custody evaluation took. Mine has finally come to an end. When I was reviewing the billing statement from the evaluator I noticed a notation that there was a delay because my ex-spouse had to take a second MMPI test. I had to take this test also, some months ago when my ex-spouse also took the original one.
Why would there be a second test for the ex-spouse? I am wondering if it's relevant at all to the case. I'm also frustrated that such a long delay occured in order for the ex-spouse to have the same test administered again.

Any ideas?
Thank You in advance
