What is the name of your state? PA I just got a call from domestic relations asking if I will settle for 600 of the 1,700 that is owed to me by my ex. First of all, how dare he, and in the past seven years all he has paid was 1,500 from last year when he was in jail for a DUI & non payment. I told the man no, let him accept the consequences for what he has done. Now my question is what now? How long will he be lodged? Does the support still accrue while he's there? What happens if he dosen't pay it?
