What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Not sure if this is the right place to post, didn't really see a section specifically for what I want to ask though...

Anyway, if I were to make workout videos WITHOUT being a certified personal trainer, and someone were to get injured watching these videos, could I get in trouble?

However, this is under the assumption that my technique and form in the video were perfect. Basically, I showed how to do the exercise just as well as a certified trainer could have shown it.

Thanks for any help, much appreciated.

Yes, you can be sued.

Well I guess I know I CAN be sued, but what are the chances the person would have a valid case against me?

I'm assuming here that these videos would be so perfect in terms of technique and form that if I were to have a very experienced personal trainer take the stand as a witness they would even say that I had shown the proper way to do the exercise...

Without knowing the facts behind the case of the person bringing suit against you, there is no way we can gauge the chances.

I would suggest insurance. Lots and lots of insurance.

Rather than just make vids, since you seem to have interest in technique and such, I suggest looking in to actually becoming a personal trainer. Could be a career move for you that you'd be happy doing in the long run.

So nice that you felt it necessary to pull up a nearly month old thread to offer this non-legal advice...On a legal advice site. Sweet. Thanks.
