I realised after I registered that this is a Usa... website and I'm across the pond sipping tea getting ready to have cucumber sandwiches with the queen soon... anyway...

I wish to organise an event... a ramble... a collection of people... a grand scale gathering.

I intend to do this by inviting several 1000 people I have access to via facebook groups I moderate.

Okay so far I imagine.

Okay so the location I intend to chose is a property of somebody who I don't especially like... he has no idea I know where he lives... I gained his address through unscrupulous means.

I realise you're More Ally McBeal than Rumpole of the Bailey... but what are the chances I'll be sharing a small room with Bubba?

Unfortunately, there's really no way for us to know - US law and UK law are quite different, and even moreso in regard to online privacy... and as you yourself observed, this is a US-only law site.

My non-legal, practical advice is to not "flash mob" an individual, especially on private property.
