What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

Person injured themselves while pushing a car.

We do not know why they were pusing the car or any of the other circumstances.

Med pay might. Anything auto related can be covered with med pay. But that is just my state (covered me years ago when I slammed my hand in the car door).

I think slamming your hand in the door is a little different then trying to PUSH several tons of steel....but I guess one never knows. Michigan is the uber-no-fault state after all.

Thats a good one. My first thought was insurance of car would cover. THEN it does look like its NOT because the car is not being driven.

It would be the same is if I got injured while working underneath the car. The medical ins will cover it!
