Wrecked my car while license was suspended!!!!

I wrecked my car while my license was suspended I still have insurance on the car. Don't they still have to cover me? How could they find out that I don't have a license anyways? They want me to file a police report because I was ran off the road, but if i do that won't the police write me a citation for driving with a suspended license? Please help someone , Im really in a bind. The car is totaled and I still owe $12,500 on it!!!!!!

This is not legal advice just my guess and im not a lawyer.

Your insurance co. will not cover you unless you register it with the police from what you have said so in so many words if you DO go to the police like your insurance co. says it might make your insurance co. not responsible to pay for the damage being that you were'nt supposed to be driving anyway even if you are paying for insurance still. PLUS you WILL have a fine from the police and most likely extented time on your suspended license. Eather bite the bullet and pay it off yourself, get a loan from a bank if need be or face criminal charges and fines and more headach's...

This is my personal opion and doesnt reflect me knowing anything about the law so if you make the wrong decision it's not my problem!
